Churches Network for Non-violence (CNNV)

CNNV supports the aim of the Children Are Unbeatable! Alliance, to give children the same protection from physical punishment in the home as other family members. CNNV challenges the notion of 'Biblical discipline' and believes that positive, non-violent discipline best models Christ's teachings. CNNV aims to work with others to form a network of support, information and practical resources to assist churches and communities to campaign for equal protection for children and to promote positive, non-violent parenting. People of all faiths are invited to take part in activities.
